Overview

The Professional Mentorship Program pairs female undergraduate students in science and engineering with committed and passionate mentors who are knowledgeable and experienced in their field.

​The goal of the program is to provide a mentorship experience tailored to undergraduate women in STEM. For this reason, our mentors are a group of men and women who believe women play a key role in advancing the STEM industry and who have experiences to help prepare female students in navigating this industry. At the same time, the program aims to build a larger community between mentors and mentees through exclusive events designed for networking, skill development, and larger exposure to the fields of STEM.
